HOW WE SHIP YOUR ORDER
Depending on your location, you may receive items much earlier than our estimated shipping table. All orders are expertly packaged, prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of ordering.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND IS ON IT'S WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive a order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive a shipping update email that your order is ready to be shipped.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT?
We are partnered with premier couriers such as USPS, DHL and ePacket so it is very unlikely your package was delivered but you have never received it.
We DO NOT hold responsibility for packages that has:
- Incorrect Shipping Address
- Lost or Stolen in the Neighborhood
TAXES & DUTIES
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
