3. We will review the video after 1 day to determine if the product still qualifies as new.
If Return is Accepted:

- We will still process a full refund for you and process it in 1-2 days but you get to keep the product if you are not satisfied.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the product to our address.

Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
